ABOUT US
Pileus Foundation was established in 2021 to support cutting edge medical research by making grants to qualified donees, as defined by the Canada Revenue Agency.
We are headquartered in Montreal, and Canada is the main focus of our grants.
We only fund research performed by Canadian universities, by Canadian charities, or by foreign universities recognized by the Canada Revenue Agency (see prescribed university outside Canada list).
Our research grants are mainly aimed at projects which are not easily fundable through government-run grants, and which have the potential of a large positive impact on human health.
We welcome inquiries for funding from researchers.
